Jo Kantor Designs collaborated with Long Investment Partners to transform this 1930s Spanish revival home in the coveted Miami Shores neighborhood into a cozy rustic modern masterpiece. By respecting the style and feel of the original architecture we were able to open and simplify the floor plan to create a beautiful yet functional home. Modern in its approach to family living yet warm in its materials, fixtures and finishes.
